The board found the decision of the referee fair, unbiased, and supported by competent evidence. The benefits were denied on the grounds claimant had voluntarily left his employment without good cause (Sec. 35-4-5 (a)), and he did not meet "availability" requirements of Sec. 35-4-4 (c), for eligibility.
